Another great Big Mac recipe by homemadeinterest.com
There is just something about the Big Mac flavors that taste so good, no matter what the recipe. This is a great casserole, but the Big Mac sauce takes it to the next level and it really does make you feel like you’re eating a Big Mac!
I did alter the recipe just a little and added a bottom layer of cauliflower rice. I think it did add a nice additional flavor and texture. This would be good severved over some sautéed cabbage or even mashed cauliflower. Also good served with a salad or any other low carb veggie.
Here are the ingredients needed-
Ground beef – When making keto recipes we usually choose an 80/20 ground beef but you can you a lean ground beef if you prefer.
Seasonings – Worcestershire, garlic powder, salt and pepper add lots of flavor to the ground beef.
Onion – A little chopped onion gives the ground beef that big mac flavor we love.
Cheese – Two types of cheese, cream cheese and cheddar cheese, and mixed into the casserole.
Dill relish – Make sure the relish is Dill and not sweet pickle relish as sweet relish has added sugar you don’t want in a keto recipe.
Eggs – The eggs don’t add any flavor but they help to bind the casserole together.
Heavy cream – The cream is combined with the eggs and stirred into the beef to help hold together the casserole.
Big Mac Sauce – Mayonnaise, dill pickle relish, yellow mustard, white wine vinegar, paprika, onion powder, and garlic powder are whisked together into the creamy, tangy, special sauce we all love!

This recipe below has the added cauliflower rice.
Step One
Cook the cauliflower rice however you like and just make sure it is almost completely done. I usually do this in a skillet with a little butter or cook for bout 7 minutes in the microwave, add seasoning salt or any other seasoning you like. Pour into a 9 x 13 inch casserole dish. (I had cooked some bacon earlier and just cooked the cauliflower rice in that for extra flavor, but this isn’t necessary)

Step Two
Brown ground beef and chopped onion. Add the seasonings, drain, then add the cream cheese.

Step Three
Pour the meat mixture on top of the cauliflower rice.

Step Four
Mix the egg and cream mixture and pour over the entire casserole and add the grated cheese on top

Step Five
Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes, remove from the oven and drizzle with the Big Mac sauce. I served this yummy casserole with some sautéed zucchini. So good and it was great leftover the next day so this would be an excellent meal prep casserole.

This casserole would freeze well.
I really like this sugarfree sweet pickle relish sweetened with Splenda. I buy it at Walmart.
