I had found a chicken kabob recipe I wanted to make that had a yogurt marinade with some interesting spices. I got ready to make it but couldn’t find the recipe, and the yogurt had spoiled! I was not deterred and just decided to make my own marinade and use sour cream and mayonnaise instead of yogurt. The chicken tenders turned out so juicy and good.

So this is what I did and the quantities and different spices can vary depending on what you like. I seasoned some chicken tenders, but this would work with whole pieces also.
Then I made the marinade with a couple of spoonfuls of sour cream and a couple of spoonfuls of mayonnaise, then I added spicy crunchy garlic, onion powder, garlic powder, paprika, lots of parsley flakes, and fresh ground pepper. I mixed it all together and then added all the chicken tenders.
Let it marinate for at least an hour.
They only took about 2-3 minutes per side in my Ninja Foodi Grill, but you could grill these another way or bake them. These are so delicious!
