I personally like to use unsweetened almond, macadamia, or cashew milk because they do add a lot of richness, but without many carbs (only 1 carb per cup) or calories (25 per cup) or fat (2 g per cup) for cashew milk.
There are so many great flavors, but I particularly ♥️ the new strawberry cream and vanilla cream shakes. I make them using about a cup and a half of cashew milk and a cup and a half of ice. Put it all in a blender and let it swirl into a delicious milkshake! I am not using any sweeteners right now and think this shake tastes excellent as is, but in the past I have added some liquid stevia, fresh or frozen berries, and a splash of vanilla never hurts anything!
I never have tried spinach or any other veggies, but I’m sure if you would like a healthy green smoothie you could add whatever you like!

3-21-24 Post Update-I used one packet of the vanilla cream powder and added 1.5 cups of ice and 1.5 of cold Green Mountain KCup Vanilla Caramel Coffee it was AMAZING! So about 4-5 carbs for a complete keto meal!
