This was my first attempt at keto cinnamon rolls. I’ve been wanting to make them for almost 7 years! What in the world took me so long? They really are kind of fun to make and I thought they came out very delicious using the amazing Fox Hill Kitchens Bread Mix.
See below the post on how to make it!

I usually cook keto for one person and I don’t like having multiple servings of things for me to deal with, so I decided to divide the bread dough into quarters so I wouldn’t have a lot of leftovers. I also was experimenting and didn’t want to waste a lot of ingredients if something didn’t turn out right! But FHK Bread Mix didn’t disappoint!

Roll out the dough in a rectangular shape, then top with brown sugar Allulose, butter and cinnamon mixture.

Then roll into a tight log

Slice into bite-size pieces and bake at 325 degrees for about 20 minutes or until lightly browned. Serve with the Cinnamon Cream Cheese Dip.
