TikTok made me do this! :) I kept seeing the chicken nuggets, Chick-fil-A sauce, and frosted lemonade being made over and over so I had to try it. I just basically took the recipes and added a little to them. I’ll describe what I did below! Also had to make some Chick-fil-A Mac‘n Cheese! These recipes were just a fun thing to try!

Chick Fil A Meal for Keto

I used this recipe for the chicken nuggets but added some chopped jalapeños, Flavor God Everything Spicy seasoning, seasoning salt, and pepper. You can add whatever seasoning you like!

I used this recipe for the Chick-fil-A sauce and added some seasoning salt to it. I didn’t use any sweetener but used G Hughes sugar-free BBQ sauce. I also used Dijon mustard and not yellow, but that’s probably good.

I used this recipe for the frosted lemonade. You can use bottled lemon juice, fresh lemons, even sugar-free powdered lemonade mix, whatever you like. Then instead of the ice cream I used some stevia and heavy cream to cut the carbs. This was SO good!

For the Mac ‘n Cheese I just made a cream sauce with heavy cream, (warm the heavy cream, don’t boil), then added seasoning salt, shredded cheddar cheese, and Parmesan cheese all to taste. I also added a little garlic powder. Then stir in the Konjac penne and warm for a couple of minutes, poured into a baking dish, and then top with more shredded cheddar and pork rind crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees until bubbly.

I used these Konjac penne noodles from Amazon. I thought the Mac ‘n Cheese was very good. It is just slightly chewy but very close to carby Mac ‘n Cheese!
