I bought too much cottage cheese! What to do? Make cottage cheese chocolate mousse of course. I found this great recipe with only three ingredients and it really could not have been easier. Cottage cheese is trending all over social media, so everyone seems to be making things with it. It really is amazing how cottage is just transformed whenit’s all blended and smooth. I think there are people with a cottage cheese aversion and I swear you cannot taste the cottage cheese in this. It really does taste like chocolate jello pudding and it’s so much better for you because this cottage cheese recipe doesn’t have as many chemical as the sugarfree jello pudding would have.

So let’s make some delicious chocolate mousse. I will bet this how you will always make it this way in the future it is so easy and so good!

Just put all the ingredients in a blender. Easy peasy!

Blend till smooth.

When you blend it, taste it to see if it needs additional sweetness. I did add a little stevia glycerite and it was perfect! But this is definitely optional.

Put in little cups and garnish with some yummy toppings. The final carb count will depend on your garnishes. You can just eat it plain! This was SO good and I kept in the fridge for four days, so it stores very well!

A couple of days later I added some of this great Ratio Keto granola! It was so delicious! I bought it at Walmart, but Amazon has it too at the same price. Here’s a link in case you need one.

Here’s a flavor that has the chocolate already in the granola!

And the Walden’s Farms Pancake Syrup! You may use any sugarfree syrup you like it just will probably change the carb count.
