I haven’t had gummies in almost four years and decided to try some keto gummies! I experimented with making them sour. I think the first batch was the best and then I tried to make them more sour and that was a mistake. So be careful if you decide to do sour ones! These are zero carbs and only five calories for 25. If I make them again I will try them just plain, without the citric acid. They were very chewy like an actual gummie. Very, very similar. I would rate them a 7.5 out of 10. Maybe the plain would get a higher rating. I should have tried that. It was a fun recipe to try out! I made some hearts for Valentine's Day. ❤️
