Keto Honduran Seafood Soup with Coconut Milk

This is a recipe from a friend of mine from Honduras and it was absolutely delicious with a mixture of seafood and the coconut milk. I ketofied the recipe just a bit to make it more keto-friendly.


Here’s how I made it!


This is the Shrimp Bouillon Powder I bought at Walmart. It really adds an amazing seafood flavor to things!







Then the Harissa is a North African chili paste made from dried chilies, garlic, olive oil and several toasted spices! I love it on chicken and eggs.


This is the brand I have bought several times and a little goes a long way!
