Even though I’m Keto-Baking Challenged, these Keto Irish Cream Cupcakes with Keto Irish Cream Frosting came out SO good! The Irish, God bless them, are fans of their Irish whiskey, and I must say it does taste pretty amazing!☘️

I halved the sweetener and used half Swerve half Allulose and a small teaspoon of powdered stevia to slightly cut down on the carbs. Two or more sweeteners combined help to make a sweeter taste also. I will do a very small test bake and just put a small spoonful of the batter in the oven or microwave to ensure I have the sweetness level right.
Non-keto families liked these, and that’s how I know they are good. I also had one warm, out of the oven, with just some butter, and I think that was my favorite way of all 🧈
Here are the cute St. Patrick’s Day tiered tray decorations I’m obsessed with now! It's just something festive to do for each holiday. We need a little something to bring us joy! I have so much fun with it! 🎉
