Who needs bread when you can make a great sandwich with lettuce leaves? I could have lettuce wraps every single day and be happy! The varieties of keto lettuce wraps are endless, and I have found many outstanding recipe inspirations. By now, I know the flavors and tastes and even the type of lettuce I prefer -- but I do go back to these recipes occasionally to get inspired and change up the pattern.
My basic go-to for a lettuce wrap sandwich is to lay romaine lettuce down on a cutting board. I spread mayo and/or mustard on the lettuce, layer deli meats and cheeses, bacon, tomatoes, avocado, and red onion. Do anything you like. Add salt and pepper, roll up, and cut in half!
A great low-carb recipe for lunch or dinner! I subbed the brown sugar for a low-carb golden sweetener and left out the carrots. I wanted some nice Butter lettuce, but none to be found at the store, so I bought some green leaf lettuce. This was not sturdy enough so iceberg, romaine, or other sturdier lettuce would be better! Garnish with red cabbage, cilantro, nuts, and green onion. I also served a dipping sauce of G Hughes Yum Yum sauce.

Use the recipe for Bang Bang Shrimp to make these great lettuce wraps!
Serve the Bang Bang Shrimp recipe on Romaine, Butter, or Iceberg lettuce leaves, then add chopped avocado. Some Cole slaw mix would be great on this, mixed with a little of the Bang Bang sauce. Drizzle more sauce on top and sprinkle with cilantro!
Or, if you are craving the traditional Buffalo Wing Sauce you can try this recipe from SkinnyTaste and enjoy some blue cheese (or ranch) on top of your shrimp!
Other ways to spice up your wrap!
These grilled steak lettuce wraps have the taste of a fajitas. When making this recipe, I add some sriracha Mayo on top!
This pork lettuce wrap has such an excellent Asian flavor! You could probably skip the lemongrass because the marinade was great without it. Instead of carrots, I used red pepper strips. The nuts and radishes on top add a nice crunch.
Another Asian-inspired wrap is this recipe for cashew chicken. I loved ordering the cashew chicken at our nearby Thai restaurant. The cashews mixed with garlic sauce were enjoyable, and this recipe masters that taste!
Try these chicken taco wraps if you're going for a different spice path. The paprika kicks the taco mix up a bit, making this a savory meal.
But wait! One more Lettuce Wrap Recipe Hit!
If you're a PF Chang's lettuce wrap fan, you must try this! I love making this! I always add a bit of fresh ginger to the chicken mixture, and sometimes, I sprinkle a few peanuts on top. They’re so tasty!
Well, that's a wrap! I hope you will explore this collection of keto lettuce wraps and let us know your favorites. Keep on Keto!
