Keto Lobster Roll Salad

Traveling to New England and getting a lobster roll sandwich was always a treat! But now, it is impossible (even if I invoke my "vacation" rule) mainly because those buns have many carbs. And, in the long run, I usually have some of that bread left over. Because what I really want is the lobster and all the great seasonings it was mixed with. 


Well, here is a recipe that focuses on that delicious lobster roll—without the bun. A nice bunless lobster roll—as a salad! It's so tasty, and that paprika kicks it up a notch in the spiciness department!
