Not a typo! Radishes, believe it or not, taste a lot like potatoes when they are cooked or roasted. I’ve done loaded radishes too and those were good. These would be great added to soups or stews for some potato-like texture! Next time, I want to try smashing them, like is done with potatoes, and cook them again in a skillet with some butter. Hope you enjoy these!
