Oh wow, these were SO good, maybe too good! These Keto Protein Granola Bites

are a quick and easy way to get a little more protein into your diet. They are very delicious and make such a great snack.

Here are the needed ingredients.

You can get this very good Ketio Ratio granola at Walmart, but here is the Amazon link for about 5 cents less expensive.

I tried this granola specifically for this recipe, because it was the lowest carb and had very good ingredients This would be great sprinkled on yogurt!

I used creamy Crazy Richards Peanut Butter, but chunky works too!

This is the protein powder I used, I already had this, but any protein powder without flavor or just a vanilla flavor will work.

For the sweetener I used stevia glycerite because it is basically zero carb. The allulose honey is very carby, but could be used if you prefer a more honey taste.

I used the Lily’s Salted Caramel flavor, but milk, dark, white or whatever flavor you like is perfect to use! Here is an Amazon link, but Walmart has them also.

This flaked salt is a must and gives these protein granola bites so much flavor!

I put all the ingredients in the food processor and judt pulsed until it started to form dough. You might need to add a little water or extra peanut butter

Pat the dough, about 1 to 1-1/2 teaspoons, down into a mold or silicone cups. Then let chill for about 30 minutes to an hour

Melt the chocolate chips in the microwave, with 1 tablespoon of butter, in 30 second intervals. Make sure not to do it longer than that or the chocolate can seize up and be unusable. (I changed the salt to the larger salt flakes above, thats why uts different)

Top the granola crusts with a dollop of chocolate and sprinkle with the salt flakes. Let chill for at least an hour. Keep stored in the refrigerator.

These turned out so yummy!
