This is a very warm and comforting soup! Much better than the cheap grocery store ramen and this is healthy and good for weight loss! I used steak, but chicken shrimp, pork, or whatever you like will work. I also added some spinach to the veggies and a few slices of avocado. I drizzled chili oil over the top to make it a little spicy. This is a good Newbie recipe too minus the avocado. Also just using your favorite low-carb noodles or zoodles would be excellent in this!
