Keto Sausage and Green Bean Sheet Pan Meal

I saw this casserole on Instagram wirh CookWithBrooke. She has some great recipes and this looked and sounded very good. I hadn’t made anything with an Alfredo sauce in a long time so I decided to try it.


It was super easy to make and everything just gets poured on to a sheet pan and popped into the oven.


You can make this a complete meal or I think it would even be good as a side dish with some steak or other protein!


Ingredients


  • Italian Sausage

  • Green Beans

  • Mushrooms

  • Avocado Oil

  • Mozzarella

  • Parmesan

  • Alfredo Sauce

  • Garlic Powder

  • Onion Powder

  • Salt and Pepper




Here’s the original recipe-



Here’s how I made this.


Step One


Place the green beans on the sheet pan and season with salt and pepper.




Step Two


Add sliced mushrooms and season again with salt and pepper and add garlic powder, onion powder, and Italian seasoning. Add half of the Parmesan cheese to the green beans and mushrooms.




Step Three

Brown 2 lbs. of Italian sausage. I added a little minced garlic to this but it’s certainly optional.





Step Four

Pour the drained browned sausage over the green beans and mushrooms.





Step Five


Top with the mozzarella.





Step Six


Pour the Rao’s Alfredo sauce or you could make your own or use any other low carb Alfredo sauce over the top. Use the entire jar.




Step Seven


Add remaining Parmesan cheese and sprinkle a little more Italian seasoning on top. Bake at 375 degrees for 25-30 minutes




Step Eight


Enjoy!



Here’s the Rao’s Roasted Garlic Alfredo sauce I used. This a great sauce with good ingredients. Excellent over veggies or low carb pasta. I bought it at Walmart.
