Oh, how tender this lamb turned out to be! A lamb roast is slathered with cream cheese and herbs and then tied up and baked. It is a fairly simple recipe, but it can be challenging to tie the lamb together. Luckily, my hubby and his love of knots prepared this recipe. A wonderful roast for Easter or Sunday dinner. I didn't even try making the broccoli puree from the recipe as Jerusalem artichokes are hard to find.
