This is a great make-ahead salad created by Seeking Good Eats that you can make the night before.


Featuring layers of veggies such as lettuce, artichoke hearts, and black olives, plus creamy mayo and sour cream. To keep an eye on your carbs, you can switch out some of the vegetable ingredients with lower-carb vegetables or seasonings.
