Kung Pao Chicken:
Cook chicken and set aside
Sautée green beans, red onion, red pepper, celery
Add a couple of chopped garlic cloves and dried chili peppers
Add chicken back in
Add sugar-free teriyaki and mix in chili garlic sauce (measure with how much spice
you can handle)
Topped with peanuts
I will wrap them in butter lettuce leaves to eat like a lettuce wrap :)
