I couldn’t wait to try out the new mini Dash Bundt cake maker and this cake worked great! I didn’t have any blueberries and just made it a lemon cake, but blueberries would be amazing! I also made a glaze of powdered Swerve and a little heavy cream, but there are many ways to top the cake if you lime! I also sprinkled a few sliced almonds!
