Keto Lemon Garlic Chicken Thighs with Roasted Asparagus

This was fantastic and still a great weight-loss recipe! I roasted everything together in the air fryer after searing it on top of the stove, but you could skip that step. The air fryer gets everything nice and crispy. I added the asparagus a little later so it wouldn’t get too overdone.
