This little lemon mug cake is super yummy and the citrus glaze just makes it! I will sometimes add some blueberries and that makes a nice surprise! š°
I don't understand this recipe. The comments clearly states that it uses almond and coconut flours. But the latter is not in the ingredient list. Also - how much lemon zest to use? The statement of quantity is really odd to me. Thanks!
You are very right, the coconut flour was left out and the recioe does say itās crucial! Oh no! But I found another lemon mug cake recipe that is basically identical and they added 1/4 teaspoon so I would go with that. Coconut flour is very absorbent so you donāt want to add too much and make the mug cake dry.
I love this to be very lemony, so you could do it to taste, but I would add about 1/4 teaspoonful. Thank you for commenting!š
I will try that. What about the amount lemon zest?
