Here's a simple recipe for making refreshing lemonade in summer. I’ve made this many times, but I discovered some lemon-flavored stevia instead of just regular stevia, which adds something more to the lemonade. I’m trying to kick the diet soda AGAIN. 🙄 Well, the ones sweetened with artificial sweeteners, that is.
I love the Zevia fruit-flavored sodas sweetened with all-natural stevia. I’ll make this lemonade too. I’m just very concerned about artificial sweeteners because they can inhibit weight loss by confusing the brain into thinking there is actual sugar, and they have all sorts of detrimental health consequences that have been documented in studies. It’s definitely a personal decision. I love diet soda, but this lemonade and Zevia are much better choices.😊
Thirst-Quenching Keto Lemonade
Fill one glass with ice and water.
Squeeze the juice of half a lemon. (We can have the juice of one lemon per day on Virta)
Add a small amount of lemon-flavored Stevia to taste.
Stir for a very refreshing lemonade.
You can add mint and lemon slices to your glass to make it pretty and taste even better!🍋

Better Stevia with Lemon Twist
Here is a link for the Zevia. I like the fruit flavored the best, but they have cola-flavored ones too. This is a variety pack for all the fruit flavors. You can buy individual flavors also, but since I like all the flavors, I usually buy the variety pack. 🍓🍉🍊
