As Chinese food can be a holiday tradition, I found this keto recipe for Lo Mein on the Internet and was asked to share it. I used zucchini and squash spirals and added lobster to the recipe.
You can make it your own by adding any protein and making your adjustments. It was delicious and filling. I also ordered egg foo young from a restaurant without the gravy and made a keto gravy.
