You can’t go wrong with a lobster soup, and this Keto Lobster Bisque was exceptional. I used the stock from boiling the lobster tails but increased the flavor with a small amount of Better Than Bouillon Lobster Base flavor. I garnished it with some chives and Fox Hill Kitchens Croutonz. They are great in soups and salads or just for a snack.
Here are the Croutonz, by Fox Hill Kitchens. Their products have good clean ingredients and are the only manufactured keto/low-carb breads with no wheat. Eating no wheat makes a huge difference in blood sugar control. They have buns, crisps, crotons, and a great bread mix where you can have fresh, hot, healthy bread right out of the oven. I like to have ready-made things when I’m in a hurry. Things can be pricey (use the discount code!), but they have specials frequently, but most keto products are more expensive because of the good quality ingredients that are used.
