Keto Longhorn Garlic Parmesan Chicken

This is a copycat recipe from Longhorn Steakhouse. I made the recipe as is but left out the vinegar in the marinade because I thought the lemon juice would be enough acid. Instead of the bread crumbs, I used pork rind panko. This was very quick, easy, and tasty!
