I recently decided to incorporate bone broth into my almost daily keto routine. There are so many benefits to bone broth. LonoLife bone broth is packed with protein, collagen, vitamins, and minerals; it’s very low carb, good, clean ingredients with no sugar or MSG. It is made with grass fed beef and organic free range chickens, organic vegetables, simmered for 35 hours to get the most nutrients, that’s the difference between bone broth and just stock and bouillon cubes. All of this is in a packet that has a two-year shelf life!

This tastes way better than those bouillon cubes we’ve been drinking. Yes, it is more expensive, but you’re getting something with much better ingredients that make it much healthier for you. You’re worth it! Each packet contains 400-750 milligrams of sodium, so two cups per day puts you close to your sodium macro allotment. The carb count is anywhere from zero to 3g depending on the flavor each with 10 grams of protein.

You can also cook with this bone broth and add it to soups or pot roast, or you can cook anything where you might need broth. Each flavor is so delicious. There are beef and chicken flavors, and I love the Thai Curry and Tomato Beef. If you’re a newbie, you need to wait on the Tomato Beef, but other than that, all flavors are newbie-approved! You could add some low-carb noodles, I’ll add some protein, and even some veggies, but most of the time, I’ll just sip it plain. I like adding some seasoning salt, but you don’t have to. Say goodbye to those horrible bouillon cubes and try LonoLife Bone Broth!🍵🐂🐓

New flavor, Siracha, updated below.

This link takes you to the chicken and beef flavors. 🐓🐂

This is for the Tomato Beef. 🍎🐂

And this is for the Thai Curry.🍵🥢

I love all the flavors, particularly the Thai Curry and the Tomato Beef. Sometimes, I’ll add some shirataki noodles and other spices to make them more of a meal.

This is a new flavor that I really like a lot, Sriracha! I think it does have a very slight kick to it, but it’s definitely not too spicy.

I do like to add some spices to this delicious bone broth. I think it needs a bit more salt and extra seasoning. This just enhances whatever great flavor you’re making. Here are the two things I use, but any seasonings will work that you like or even no seasoning at all!

I use this great Dano-O’s seasoning set to change the bone broth up. All of these flavors, Original, Spicy, Chipotle, Crunchy, and Cheese are SO good. I use them all the time on everything! Good clean ingredients!

I also like to add this heavy cream powder too! Heavy cream makes everything better!

And when I want to make the bone broth a meal, I like to add some shirataki noodles! This is my favorite keto pasta and I like this Variety Pack because all the different shapes make it more interesting.

This is the little Hot Pot I use almost every day! It’s great for home, but also good for the office or travel!

Here is an article on some of the many health benefits of bone broth (I have also seen claims to it aiding weight loss, but I don’t know how true that is.) But bone broth really is an investment in our health that makes all the effort and expense worth it! 😊
