This turned out SO delicious! Makes me question myself why I don’t cook pork chops more often! I did change the sauce from this keto pork chop recipe just a little by adding a few splashes of white wine and a few capers to give it a nice peppery taste. Garnished with lemon slices, grated Romano or Parmesan, and parsley.
