Low carb Yogurt Substitute

I was having a hard time finding low carb yogurt. This was a couple of years ago when there weren’t so many keto products. My coach suggested this recipe. I think it was good, just wasn’t exactly yogurt.

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup sour cream

  • 1 tbsp heavy whipping cream

  • 3 tsp sweetener of choice (I used powdered swerve)


Optional:

  • Vanilla or other flavorings (I used lemon)

  • low carb berries

  • nuts

Instructions

  1. Mix cream and heavy whipping cream together.

  2. Add sweetener slowly, tasting as you go until desired taste
