Avocado Toast is all the rage these days and this recipe just takes it up a notch or two and is so yummy! I use these great bagels that are only 6 carbs apiece from Keto Bistro on Etsy. They make the best keto bagels and lots of other baked goods. Their shipping is a little expensive so I buy enough to last a while and keep everything in the freezer. So give them a try with this great avocado toast recipe! Make sure you toast the bagel!
