A great yummy dip made in a crockpot!

People who like specific measurement recipes wont like this one. Those who buy,

dump in ingredients, and cook will love this. You'll need a food processor (or you'll be

chopping A LOT) and a crockpot.

Ingredients:

1 grocery store rotisserie chicken

2 packages of cream cheese

1 package of shredded cheddar cheese

1 bottle of ranch

1 bottle of Franks Red Hot sauce

1 small container of sour cream

1 head of fresh broccoli

1 head of fresh cauliflower

*1 red onion (quartered)

*2 regular carrot sticks (cut into chunks)

Celery stalks

salt, pepper, and garlic powder

Place 2 blocks of cream cheese and all of the shredded cheddar into the crockpot to

begin to melt.

Rip up the rotisserie chicken with your hands and put it into the food processor.

Set processor to "mix" or chop ".

Remove chicken into a large mixing bowl.

Cut off all florets of broccoli and cauliflower.

Put all florets, red onion quarters, and carrot chunks into the food processor. You're looking for minimal veggie confetti consistency here.

Mix it all into the mixing bowl with the chicken. Add salt, pepper, and garlic powder to

taste.

Stir the melting cheese together.

Add the container of sour cream, a bottle of ranch, and a bottle of Franks into the mixture and stir it up!

Next, stir in the chicken/veggie confetti and cook on high until everything melts together.

Use celery stalks as spoons and enjoy!

*Avoid if you are a newbie

** Use minimally or not at all based on your glucose reaction.
