Meat and Olive Plate

Procure some deli meats and olives, and you'll have a tasty lunch in no time!

I used to not like Olives. I'm not sure why. Maybe it's something to do with the tart taste? However, I love tapenade and muffalettas, so I thought I should revisit them. So, green olives: yes; black olives: no. The difference, I'm not quite sure. Maybe I need to research that.

Anyhow, this is a quick meal to assemble. Olives, your favorite deli meats (make sure they are high quality, no nitrates, no to very little sugar), and top it off with salt and pepper. Lunch is served!
