Michelle’s Buffalo Salad

A great cabbage salad made with Buffalo sauce flavors! Goes great with a grilled steak!


Mix the cabbage and a teeeeeny bit of carrot, 1/4 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese.

Try this for the homemade dressing:


1 C full-fat plain yogurt

3 T Frank’s hot sauce

1 T softened cream cheese

1 T olive oil


Throw it in my small food processor or dressing jar with an agitator. If it turns out,

I'll make it for a keto segment on Big Valley Living!
