A very flavorful salad with Middle Eastern spices from Every Last Bite. I cut the tomatoes and the onion in half to save on carbs. I also sprinkled just a few almonds. It’s a different kind of flavor, but I liked it. It can be used as a cold salad, a warm side dish, or a dip with pork rinds or low-carb crackers.
