I changed this dip up just a little. I made it a bit more Mexican flavored by using all Mexican Blend Cheese and left out the blue cheese and Swiss cheese. And I used some hot sauce to spice it up a little. I also added some sour cream. I served it with mini sweet peppers, but celery and cucumber slices would be excellent also.
