Mini Keto Tacos

My mom loves Jack in the Box’s tiny tacos, so I made her this healthy version from lowkarbkhaleesi. I also sprinkled a little cornbread mix on the tacos to make them more like a corn tortilla. Any taco seasoning will also work. You don’t have to have a special pan. You can draw circles on top of parchment paper! These are great dipped in salsa and queso.
