I had to make something with leftover ham and dinner rolls and found this excellent slider recipe! If you like a Monte Cristo sandwich, this keto slider is excellent.

I saved carbs by making a smaller roll than was suggested in the recipe. I made 16 rolls instead of 12 to decrease the carbs a bit. The recipe states they are 8.6, so I think it's possibly seven carbs a piece with everything. I also changed up the recipe just a little. Instead of just pouring the egg mixture over the sliders and baking, I dipped each side of the roll in the egg and cooked them in a skillet like French toast. I also used Good Good Sugar-free jam, but another sugar-free jam would work also, and you certainly can make the raspberry jam in the recipe!
