My son gave me this Ninja Foodi Grill for Christmas sometime before the pandemic. Do you think of time now in terms of before or during the pandemic? Will there EVER be an after the pandemic? 🤷‍♀️

Of all the appliances in the kitchen, this is the one I use almost every day. I would give up the microwave if I had to choose between the two! It is the perfect appliance for all things keto. The grill feature is what I probably use the most although the air fry function is up there too! I can cook a steak, chicken, or a piece of fish in about three seconds and it comes out with the most beautiful grill marks! I ❤️ grill marks! Everything grills beautifully and no smoke messes up the kitchen and sets the smoke detectors off. It is incredible!

I use the air fryer and bake functions frequently. They are great for making delicious ribs and chicken wings. I also love to cook leftover chaffles in the air fryer as they come out perfectly crispy. Roasting veggies in the oven is another favorite of mine. I have used the bake function to make mug cakes and casseroles. Although I have never used it, there is also a dehydrator function available. The appliance is so versatile that I often joke it could even balance my checkbook!

I just can’t recommend this appliance more highly.

Here is the link to what I have, but Ninja has made other larger, fancier versions too. So definitely take a look around. I like that this one isn’t too big, that’s my actual one in the photo above. I also remember my son paid about $100 more, but that was when it first came out.

I came across a refurbished version of the same product I own. It's available for just $74.99 and comes with an additional thermometer probe. I wish my version had that too. I once cooked a standing rib roast in it and a temperature probe would have been very helpful. I also baked whole chicken and cornish hens, which would have been much easier with the probe. I am seriously considering buying this refurbished version.
