Keto Nduja Eggs

I can’t remember where I saw Nduja for the first time, but it intrigued me, so I had to try it! Nduja is a spicy prosciutto spread from Italy. There are also recipes on Google for making your own, which I might try next time.


Denise's nduja eggs with bacon

I made fried and scrambled eggs with this Nduja, which were both great. Put a teaspoon of butter in a pan to make the eggs. Then add at least a tablespoon of the Nduja to the pan and help it dissolve in the butter. Cook your eggs in your preferred manner, and after the eggs are cooked, season them with salt and cracked black pepper.


I’m sure many more things can be added to the pan for this recipe. I could see it on steak or chicken, and that would be super yummy. I need to do more investigating. I found this on the Buckhead Meats website, but many places have it. It is expensive, so I will probably create my own spread next time. But if you’re a foodie and want to try something new, I enjoy this spicy spread! It’s very low-carb!


I’ve also tried this option on Amazon. Very good!
