Keto No Bake Granola Bars

These are great granola bars to have on hand for a snack, breakfast, or even broken and sprinkled on top of yogurt. These are no-bake for a chewier bar but can be baked for a crispier bar. You can substitute or add any nuts or seeds you like, but they just need to come out to be two cups. The recipe shows a peanut butter drizzle, but I have drizzled chocolate on top and that’s good too. You can also use almond butter or any nut butter you like. The nut butter, nuts, and seeds you choose will determine the carb count. You don't have to freeze them for storage, but I keep them in the freezer because they last longer that way.
