Keto No Bread Club Sandwich 🥪

This is a great way to have the taste of a club sandwich but without all the carbs from bread. I’m thinking one sandwich is four carbs at the most. You still have a neat sandwich packet filled with all the club sandwich flavors. You can make it your own and use turkey deli meat instead of the rotisserie chicken slices I used. Leave off the tomato if you’re a newbie and it still will taste great! Just change it up however you like. This was very quick and easy to make using whatever cheese wrap you like. I used the Walmart brand Colby Jack, but any flavor and brand is good. Folio’s makes a good cheese wrap. I’ll put the instructions below on how to make this tasty, non-bready sandwich! 🥪



Keto No Bread Club Sandwich

The first thing you do is put your cheese wraps on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper then sprinkle with Everything Bagel seasoning and bake for 5 minutes at 350 degrees. 🥯

Then remove from the oven and let cool just a bit, cut a slit in the cheese wrap only halfway up, then spread your favorite mayo. 🧀

Think of the cheese wrap as having four quadrants and place in each quadrant what you want your sandwich to be. I always tend to overstuff things. I wonder what that says about me? 🤷‍♀️

Then start folding. Fold the left bottom quadrant up to the top left quadrant. 🍅🥬

Next, the top left quadrant gets folded on top of the top right quadrant. It’s coming together despite being so overstuffed! I was worried. Hooray!🎉

Then finally the right top on the right bottom and you have a great, no bread, very low carb, delicious sandwich! I could only eat one! 🥪😃
