Keto Parmesan Crusted Chicken

This is so yummy, and I’ve changed it up a bit. I pound the chicken breast just a little or use the frozen ones that are already kind of flat. I spread the mayo and then sprinkle with pork rind crumbs and bake. This makes a crispy crust. Then, I put the Parmesan and sauce on and followed the rest of the recipes after that. So good!
