Keto Parmesan Crusted Chicken Strips

This is such an easy way to prepare chicken strips. I’ve also used the same method on fish fillets. Take chicken tenderloins or pound a chicken breast and cut it into strips. Sprinkle with salt and pepper and garlic powder, then coat on all sides with mayonnaise. Make sure to cover it completely. Then dip all sides in parmesan cheese. Bake at 375 in the air fryer for 15 minutes. A good dip is G Hughes Honey Mustard sauce.
