Oh my heavens, this was so good and so easy to make!
I first made this recipe for Pecan Crusted Pork Chops. These pork chops were so easy to make and were absolutely delicious! I seasoned the pork chops with some seasoning salt and pepper.
I then took the drippings from the pork chops and made the cream gravy by adding some almond flour and cooking it for about a minute. I used maybe 2-3 tablespoons of almond flour. I then added about 2 cups of heavy whipping cream and 1 cup of unsweetened almond milk. I cooked the gravy mixture until it thickened and added seasoning salt and pepper. There were still some bits of pecans in the drippings, but i didnt strain them out. I thought they added a great texture and taste. I served the pork chops with cauliflower rice with the gravy and it was so good! For the green beans I used canned French Style Greend Beans and sauteed them in butter and sliced almonds, seasoning salt and pepper. This would be a nice meal for when you're having company too!
