What a great way to warm up for the holidays with some Peppermint Mocha! You can use Sugar-free chocolate chips or cocoa would work too. I left out the collagen, wasn't exactly sure about it. But blended in it probably would be fine. Don't forget the peppermint extract, I found some at Walmart. I also used the Walmart Sugarfree whipped cream and some Sugarfree chocolate shavings on top. I wanted to find some Sugarfree peppermint candies to crush and put on top, but I looked and looked and came up with no keto peppermints! They have SO many carbs, even the Sugarfree ones, so definitely not worth it. You could add just a few Christmas sprinkles on top also! 🎄
