A super keto pie crust used to make an Irish Pie! See below for the ingredients used!
I recently made a pork and sausage pie. It’s made with what I think is the best keto pie crust recipe I’ve found. We were discussing Irish food in the community and it reminded me of this British staple, which I am quite fond of. I do believe there are other forms of pork pies that originate in Ireland, but I’m not sure what that flavor profile would be. Cumberland sausage, as I used in this pie, is most definitely English.

I used minced pork, homemade Cumberland sausage, and a bit of Branson pickle. I have not calculated the macros. This meal fulfills a large chunk of my daily protein allowance, so I have to balance out the rest of the day with vegetables.
