I’ve made these keto pinwheel sandwiches a few times now and they are so tasty and would be great for a picnic or by the pool! You can use a low-carb tortilla found in the Virta Resource Center. I make my tortillas or have used The Egg Life wraps for pinwheel sandwiches. Whatever wrap you like. You can use any dipping sauce, like Ranch or Italian Dressing!
