Keto Pizza Stuffle

This stuffle came out super yummy! I used the waffle batter in the original recipe but left out the sweetener and vanilla and added some seasoning salt, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning. That just added a little more flavor.


Denise's pizza stuffle with a side of marinara!

I put a small layer of batter. I’m learning not much is needed, then two slices of provolone, then some Rao’s marinara—just a tiny amount, then whatever toppings you like. I did pepperoni, pepperoncini, red, yellow, and green bell peppers, green onion, or any other toppings you like. Then, I added mozzarella, fresh basil, and a small waffle batter. I cooked it for 9 minutes, but I think it could go 10-11 to get more crispy.


 

Here’s the excellent stuffle machine I used. Be very careful when opening the lid. Keep the lid firmly closed when releasing the latch, then slowly open it!
