I just took two of the tortillas and put grilled chicken and Mexican Blend cheese in the middle then fried on both sides until the cheese melted then topped with sour cream, guacamole, and cilantro for garnish. Super yummy!
These are great tortillas, and I use them for enchiladas also. 🌶️
