You may use any keto cookie that you like for the crust or just mix some almond flour, chopped pecans, butter, and sweetener for a crust also. The ganache is just melted sugar-free baking chips with a little butter or coconut oil melted with them. This makes approximately four cheesecakes but you can determine how full to make them.
