I thought a chaffle with ranch dressing mix sounded so good I had to make some. Of course the bacon didn’t hurt either. I also added some chopped jalapeño. I served the chaffles with sausage cream gravy, but they would be great used as a bun for sandwiches!
RANCH CHAFFLE
1 cup mozzarella cheese
1 1/2 Tablespoons coconut flour
2 Tablespoons softened cream cheese
2 Eggs
Add chopped bacon, ranch dressing mix, garlic powder, seasoning salt, and pepper to taste. I also added optional chopped jalapeño.
This makes four lovely chaffles!
